How to make it

Cut the processed cheese to match the length of the chikuwa and the thickness of the holes and then stuff it into the chikuwa.

[1] If the chikuwa is long, slice in half and add flour → egg → breadcrumbs in order.

Fry [2] crisply in fried oil between 170 and 180 degrees.

Cut into easy-to-eat sizes and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with an appropriate amount of salt and add the chopped shiso leaves and you're done.
