Winter melon stew
Use the cotton around the winter melon seeds. Add the portion to the water containing salted water and boil for about 15 minutes.
When the cotton is soft, remove from the heat, open it in a colander and place in ice water to cool. Chill and loosen with your hands to remove seeds. Approximately 200 ℊ with the seeds removed.
Put the winter melon in a pot, add sugar and heat. Once everything is mixed, add A. If there are seeds in it, remove them at the same time.
Once it boils, remove from the heat and soak the pot in ice water to cool.
Serve in a bowl and serve with watermelon or Shine Muscat if you like.
