Bread and tuna bread porridge
Remove the crusts from the bread and chop it into small pieces about 5mm square
Put the kelp stock, tuna, and A into a pot, heat, and bring to a boil
[1] Put the bread into the pot and heat over high heat for about 1 minute
Once the bread has absorbed enough of the liquid, transfer to a serving dish and top with shredded cucumber and pink peppercorns, if desired
