The only seasoning used is the saltiness of the Spam, which brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

Fry (1) without adding anything to the frying pan

Peel the figs and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the Spam and stir fry together

Once the Spam is golden brown, tear the shiso leaves and add them

When the shiso leaves start to smell, it's done
