Fried bread ears

When making sandwiches, use the ears of the sliced bread.

Roll the ears of the bread round from the edges to make a swirl, and hold them with a toothpick.

Place in oil heated to 170°C and fry for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Pull it up, then put it in oil again and fry until it is slightly coloured.

Once removed on the net, sprinkle with the desired amount of sugar while it is still freshly fried and hot.
