How to make it

Use the crusts of bread that you cut off when making sandwiches, etc

Roll the crust of the bread from one end to the other to form a spiral shape and secure with a toothpick

Place in oil heated to 170°C and fry for about 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove from the oil and then place back in and fry until lightly browned
