How to make it

Cut the sea bream into thin slices. It's best to lie down and cut it by pulling it towards you.

Grate the pineapple, add vinegar and salt and mix.

Spread light soy sauce on the sea bream fillets as a pre-season and serve on a plate. Pour it with pineapple sauce from [2] and it's finished.
