Stewed curry with leek tagarei
Sprinkle salt on the fillets of nametagare to season them
Place [A] in a large frying pan and heat over high heat
Add the fillets of nametagare to [2] and simmer for about 5 minutes
Cover with aluminum foil and simmer for about 5 minutes, adjusting the heat
Remove the lid and simmer for about 3 minutes, pouring the sauce over the fish with a ladle. When the sauce has reduced, remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish
Roll the rice into bite-sized balls and fry in a frying pan with some salad oil (not included in the recipe) until lightly browned. Place on top of [5]
