Stewed curry with leek tagarei
Sprinkle salt on the licked rei fillets and season them.
Put [A] in a large frying pan and heat over high heat.
Add the licking rei fillets into [2] and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil and simmer for about 5 minutes, adjusting the heat.
Remove the drop lid and simmer for about 3 minutes, pouring the liquid over the flesh over the meat. When the soup is simmering, remove from the heat and place in a bowl.
Roll the rice into bite-sized pieces, grill it in a frying pan with salad oil, lightly browned. Serve on top of [5].
