Brussels sprouts grilled butter
Boil the Brussels sprouts and soak them in ice water.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and fry the drained Brussels sprouts. Once the surface is lightly browned, add butter and stir fry in a scent.
Once the butter is mixed throughout, add dark soy sauce and remove from the heat.
Serve in a bowl and topped with coarsely smelt black pepper if desired.
