Brussels sprouts grilled with butter
Parboil the Brussels sprouts and place in ice water
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the drained Brussels sprouts. Once the surface is lightly browned, add the butter and fry until fragrant
Once the butter is mixed in, add the dark soy sauce and remove from the heat
Serve in a bowl and top with coarsely ground black pepper to taste
