Brussels sprouts cold camellia
This dish is made from Brussels sprouts that look like camellia flowers. A simple yet gorgeous item. If it doesn't taste good, pour in soy sauce or soup stock to enjoy.
How to make it

Boil the Brussels sprouts and drain them. Cut off the roots and add a cross cut to about 2/3 deep, as if to hold the salmon roe.

Place the salmon roe in the area where the cut opens, and place it in a bowl to complete the dish.
