Avocado yolk
Insert a knife from the stem of the avocado and cut it round it. Once you have it rounded, slide the avocado up and down to the left and right to make it split neatly. The seeds will come off when you thrust the chin part of the knife and turn it.
Place a large spoon between the skin and the fruit and hollow it out to remove it.
Slice the avocado fruit to a thickness of about 8mm.
Create a base with aluminum foil on top of the bat, and place the avocado skin on top.
Return the avocado from [3] to the avocado skin and return it to its original shape, then place the egg yolk on the hollow part. Pour 1 teaspoon of the alphabet on the alphabet.
Place in the toaster oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes to complete.
