Avocado yolk
Insert the knife into the stem of the avocado and make a slit by rotating it all the way around. Once you have made a slit, slide the knife from top to bottom and left to right to separate the avocado neatly. To remove the seed, pierce it with the jaw of the knife and rotate it to remove it
Insert a large spoon between the skin and the flesh and scoop it out
Slice the avocado into slices about 8mm thick
Make a base out of aluminum foil on a baking tray and place the avocado peel on top
Place the avocado slices (3) back into the avocado skin, aligning them to their original shape, and place the egg yolk in the hollow. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Happomibijin on each slice
Place in the toaster oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
