How to make it

Cut off about 1/5 of the top of the tomato and hollow out the inside to make a cup shape

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and quickly fry the bacon and shimeji mushrooms cut into bite-sized pieces

Add the bacon, shimeji mushrooms, and parboiled broccoli to the tomato cups in step 1, add olive oil, salt, and pepper, top with pizza cheese, and bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes

Remove from the oven, top with more pizza cheese, and bake for 10 minutes. Sear the surface with a burner, then serve on a plate
