Tomato gratin style
Cut off about 1/5 of the top part of the tomato and hollow out the inside to make it into a cup.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and quickly grill the bacon and shiitake mushrooms cut into easy-to-eat sizes. It's fine as long as it's lightly browned.
Put bacon, shiitake mushrooms and boiled broccoli in a tomato cup from [1] and pour olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the pizza cheese on top and bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove and place more pizza cheese on top and bake for about 10 minutes. Grill the surface with a burner and serve in a bowl to complete the dish.
