Bean sprouts rolled
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat and add the bean sprouts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir-fry briefly. Spread the bean sprouts on a tray and let them cool slightly.
Arrange the beef so that the edges overlap, place the bean sprouts from [1] in the center, and roll tightly from the front. If you have one, you can use a rolling mat.
Place the frying pan over high heat and cook the beef with the seam facing down. Use chopsticks to roll the beef and brown it all over.
Remove the frying pan from the heat and add the seasonings (A), then return the pan to the heat and simmer the sauce. It is best to pour the sauce over the meat with a spoon while cooking.
Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve in a serving dish and pour the remaining sauce over it. Garnish with chopped green onions to taste and it's done.
