Bean sprouts rolled
Put a frying pan with sesame oil over high heat and add the bean sprouts. Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir-fry quickly. Spread the bean sprouts on a bat to remove the heat.
Arrange the beef edges so that they overlap, and roll the bean sprouts from [1] in the center from the front. If so, use a crimson.
Place a frying pan over high heat and cook with the beef rolled down. Roll it with chopsticks and brown the whole thing.
Remove the frying pan from the heat, add the seasonings [A], then heat the frying pan again and simmer the sauce. It's a good idea to cook while sprinkling it over with a spoon.
When the sauce is at a simmer, remove from the heat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a dish and place the remaining sauce in the frying pan. Sprinkle with all-purpose chopped green onions to your liking.
