Bean sprouts and spam Ochazuke style

How to make it

Slice the spam to about 5mm thick and bake in a frying pan. Drizzle sesame oil along the way and lightly brown both sides.

Remove the spam on a cutting board and cut it into about 1/4 size to make it easier to eat.

Add bean sprouts and bonito soup stock to a frying pan and fry. Once the water has disappeared, add rice, mix the whole thing and add the alphabet.

Lightly stir the grilled seaweed on a gas stove, then tear it into [3] and lightly stir fry.

Combine bonito soup stock and salt to make soup and heat over the heat. Place [4] on the dish and place spam on it. Pour it with soup and topped with chopped tan leaves.
