Bean sprouts and spam Ochazuke style

Slice the Spam into 5mm slices and fry in a frying pan, adding sesame oil halfway through cooking to lightly brown both sides
Place the Spam on a cutting board and cut into bite-sized pieces, about 1/4 size
Add the bean sprouts and bonito stock to a frying pan and stir-fry. Once the water has evaporated, add the rice, mix well and add the Happomibijin
Lightly grill the roasted seaweed on a gas stove, then tear it into pieces and add it to [3] and stir-fry lightly
Combine bonito stock and salt to make the dipping sauce, then heat it over the fire. Place [4] in a bowl and top with Spam. Pour the dipping sauce over the top and top with chopped mitsuba
