Natto omelette
Break the eggs in a bowl, add the fresh cream and mix well. Add natto and natto sauce and mix further.
Heat the frying pan, add butter and melt it. Pour in the egg mixture from [1] and mix well with chopsticks in the same way as to make roasted eggs.
Once the whole thing is hardened, place the dough on one side and tap the handle of the frying pan to put the dough together.
Transfer to a bowl and topped with chopped clams. Finish with a pair of beautiful beauties.
