Natto yogurt
Natto is mixed with yogurt and prune paste to create a dessert-like dish. You can eat it as is with a spoon, but this time we used it as a toast topping
How to make it

Put the natto and yogurt in a bowl and mix, then add the prune paste and sugar and mix well again

Toast the thick sliced bread, add butter and let it melt. Place (1) on the toast, sprinkle with parsley and bake for 2-3 minutes

Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve in a bowl
