Soy sauce soup with edamame

Light soy sauce soup. The taste will change drastically depending on the condiment you topped. It's also delicious when poured with sansho pepper or pepper.

How to make it

Prepare the basic wonton bean paste (see separate recipe). The amount of bean paste per piece of wonton skin is about 3g. Plump your fingers to get plastic surgery. Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes and then pour in a colander.

Put [A] in a pot, heat it, and bring to a boil.

Place the wontons in a bowl and pour the soup. Topped with chopped white green onions and sprouts to your liquor.
