Soy sauce soup with edamame

The soup has a light soy sauce flavor. The flavor can change dramatically depending on the condiments you add. It's also delicious with sansho pepper or whole peppercorns

Prepare the basic wonton filling (see separate recipe). Use about 3g of filling per wonton wrapper. Shape the wontons by squeezing them with your fingers. Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then drain in a colander

Put [A] into a pot, heat, and bring to a boil

Place the wontons in a bowl and pour in the soup. Top with chopped white onions and sprouts of green onions to taste
