Mixed rice with cilantro flavor
Mixed rice using cilantro puree. The flavor is accented with sansho pepper topped with yam pepper.

How to make it

Place the rice at room temperature in a bowl, add cilantro puree (see separate recipe), salt, and mix.

Use celcles to place them in a cylindrical container. Topped with sansho pepper if desired and complete it.
