Green Asparagus Fried Rice
Cut off the roots of the asparagus, divide them vertically into 4 equal parts, then chop them into coarse, finely. Slice the onions thinly, soak them in water, then chop them into small pieces, and evenly chop them into mushrooms and ham.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat and stir-fry the ham, onion, mushrooms and asparagus in the order.
Once the surface of the asparagus is lightly cooked, add A in order and stir-fry. At this time, add the rice before the eggs are completely hardened.
Once the whole thing is cooked, pour coarsely ground black pepper and soy sauce from the pot, mix gently and turn off the heat.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
