Green asparagus fried rice
Cut off the roots of the asparagus, cut it into quarters lengthwise, and then roughly chop it. Thinly slice the onion, soak it in water, and then chop it finely. Chop the mushrooms and ham as well
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the ham, onion, mushrooms and asparagus in that order
Once the asparagus is lightly cooked, add ingredients A in order and stir-fry. At this point, add the rice before the egg has completely set
Once everything is cooked through, add the coarsely ground black pepper and soy sauce, stirring gently around the side of the pot, then turn off the heat
Place on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley
