Enokki mushroom bacon wrapped
Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and divide each plant into about six equal parts. Use the enoki mushrooms as a core and hold the bacon at an angle with a toothpick.
Put a frying pan with olive oil over high heat, add [1] and cook while rolling.
Once the whole thing is browned, add the sake, turn off the heat, cover with aluminum foil, and steam to cook.
After about a minute, remove the aluminum foil and light it again. To finish off, pour in some dark soy sauce and remove from the heat.
Remove the toothpick and place in the bowl. Topped with mustard paste to your liking and complete the dish.
