Green onion pot
This dish uses green onions, which go perfectly with tuna. It's also delicious to add shichimi chili pepper or yuzu pepper instead of black pepper.

How to make it

Put bonito soup stock and Azami Bijin in a small pot, heat it, and bring to a boil.

Add the long onion slices of bite-sized pieces, and when the soup boils again, add the tuna fillet.

Place the chopped tan leaves on top and sprinkle with black pepper if desired to complete.
