Horse meat natto
Remove the streaks of horse meat, then pound them with a knife to make them into minced form.
Add the natto, the included natto sauce and mustard to a bowl and mix.
Place natto in a bowl and top with horse meat and natto. Place the center indented, place egg yolk on top, and top with chopped clams topping.
