Stir-fried whitebait with Japanese pepper
Add salad oil, sliced red chili peppers, scallops, and chopped garlic to a frying pan and heat
When the garlic starts to brown, add the roughly chopped onion and continue to stir fry. When the onion has softened, add the whitebait and continue to stir fry
Taste and add salt, sugar, and Japanese pepper to taste. Serve in a serving dish and it's done
