Stir-fried sardine pepper
Put salad oil, sliced red chili peppers, scallops, and chopped garlic in a frying pan and heat it.
Once the garlic is turning fox-colored, add the coarsely chopped onions and stir-fry more. When the onions start to soften, add the shirasu and stir-fry again.
While tasting, add salt, sugar and sansho pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
