White Dressing
Put the egg yolk in a bowl and whisk. Add the mustard and mix well.
Add about 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt, and stir constantly, adding small portions of salad oil. Add vinegar in 3-4 portions in the middle.
Add all the salad oil and vinegar and mix, then add A and coarsely chopped soaked onion and mix the whole thing.
*Sweet Onion Sprinkle salt on the onion slices, roll it with soaking and squeeze out the water from the onion. Open the sprinkle and apply it to running water to wash away any saltiness, then squeeze it thoroughly again.
