Crab Pickled Pickled
If you don't have crab meat, you can use canned crab instead. In that case, instead of using crab stock, it's a good idea to add the juice from the canned crab. The crab meat itself is naturally salty, so use seasonings sparingly
How to make it

Put the rice in a colander and rinse under running water to remove the slime
