Crab cucumber rolls
Cut off the outer skin of the cucumber and peel it
Spread out the peeled cucumber and wrap it around the crab legs. Once wrapped, cut off both ends and cut into bite-sized pieces
Pour egg yolk vinegar (see separate recipe) into a bowl, top with [2], and you're done
