Caviar bruschetta
This is the perfect dish to choose from with caviar and baguettes, and is perfect for party menus or for a quick drink. Add diced onion to add an accent to the flavor and texture.
How to make it

Make a salad for side dishes.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix quickly.

Slice the baguettes to a thickness of about 5-6mm and bake in a toaster until the surface is lightly burnt.

Apply a thin layer of unsalted butter to the surface of the baguette and place the desired amount of caviar on top.

Place the diced onions on top and arrange on a plate. Pour it with olive oil, lemon juice and topped with selfie.
