Whale sashimi
Use the tail of the whale. Slice it thinly and arrange it in a circle on a plate
Place the onion and ginger all-purpose sauce (see separate recipe), carrot dressing (see separate recipe), and chopped chives on top of the whale meat in a balanced manner. Drizzle Happomibijin on top of the chives
Arrange the garnish in the center and it's done
