Stir-fried mushrooms in chili oil
This recipe combines the simple umami flavor of mushrooms with the spicy kick of chili oil. If you don't like spicy food, try using less chili oil
How to make it

Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces

Heat a frying pan with salad oil and fry the mushrooms
