Stir-fried mushrooms in chili oil

This recipe combines the simple umami flavor of mushrooms with the spicy chili oil. If you're not good at spiciness, try making it by using less chili oil.

Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil and fry the mushrooms.

When it gets bored, add [A] and tangle it all over.

Once the sauce has blended into the mushrooms, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete the dish.
