Mushroom Sake Sauce

The mushrooms have a light flavor, so they go well with sake slurping and other bean paste. If you boil it too much, the texture will become poor, so remove it from the heat as soon as it is cooked quickly.

How to make it

Prepare sake stool (see a different recipe).

Cut off the mushrooms and place a hidden knife to make it easier to cook.

Put the kelp stock in a pot, put the Hachi-mi Bijin, heat it, add mushrooms and boil it.

Once the mushrooms are soft, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Add some sake stolen bean paste and it's finished.
