To make the water-dissolved potato starch, mix 1 part water to 2 parts potato starch and dissolve well. Add the whitebait and mix until well combined

Heat the oil to 170℃ and deep fry the whitebait (1) one by one. It's ready if it cooks quickly, about 1 minute is the recommended time
