Grilled golden-eyed snapper with rapeseed
Have a bat filled with ice water ready. Put [A] in a frying pan, mix thoroughly, then place on very low heat.
Once it's hardened, remove from the heat and cook it with the remaining heat. Once it is half-boiled, pour it in ice water and mix while cooling.
The golden-eyed snapper is a delicious sweetfish, soak in a saucepan with sugar mixed in, place it on a batter with a kitchen sheet on top, and bake in an oven heated to 240°C for about 10 minutes.
Take out the golden-eyed snapper and place the rapeseed batter from [2] on top. Place in the oven again and bake for about 4 minutes.
Place the chopped seaweed on top and serve in a bowl and it's finished.
