Yuba roll with meat
For the meat simmered, I used stewed chicken. I also use broth.
Spread the yuba in two layers, then place the shin-boil on top of it and wrap it from the edges. Attach the binding with a toothpick.
Transfer to a pot and pour the broth of nishin until the flesh is poured over. Cover with aluminum foil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, remove the flesh and remove the toothpick. Cut off the edges, cut into pieces that are easy to eat, and serve in a bowl.
Pour in the broth and sprinkle with dried sansho pepper if desired to complete.
