Potato salad with beets
This potato salad is also gorgeous in appearance, enjoying the sourness and sweetness of pickled beets. Adjust the amount of seasonings you will add depending on the flavor of the beets you will use. When plating, scoop it with a water-wet spoon to give it a beautiful look.
How to make it

Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces, then put in a steamer until soft.

Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add the beets cut into bite-sized pieces, and mix them gently, crushing them.

Add the mayonnaise and fresh cream that you've already prepared, and add salt, pepper and vinegar while tasting.

Serve it in a bowl and add Christmas decorations such as pine cones to complete it.
