Potato salad with beets
Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces, then put in a steamer until soft.
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add the beets cut into bite-sized pieces, and mix them gently, crushing them.
Add the mayonnaise and fresh cream that you've already prepared, and add salt, pepper and vinegar while tasting.
Serve it in a bowl and add Christmas decorations such as pine cones to complete it.
