Delicious stew
Cut the bacon into 2cm pieces. Julienne the carrots, julienne the burdock root, and thinly slice the green onions
Put the bacon in a pot and heat it. Once it starts to brown, add the carrots, burdock root and green onions and continue to stir fry
Once the ingredients have softened, add [A] and stir fry lightly
To allow the flavor to soak in, remove from heat and let cool before putting it back on the heat
Once the water has evaporated, remove from heat and finish by adding sesame oil. Serve in a serving dish and it's done
