Delicious stew
Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces. Shredded carrots, burdock chopped burdock, and sliced long green onions into thin slices.
Put the bacon in a pot and heat it, then add the carrots, burdock and green onions and stir-fry more.
Once everything is softened, add [A] and lightly fry.
To soak the flavor in, remove it from the heat, remove it from the heat, and then reheat it.
Once the moisture has faded, remove from the heat and pour sesame oil on it to finish off. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
