Stewed zucchini orange
Cut the zucchini into 1cm thick pieces and sprinkle with salt on both sides. Slice the onions thinly and cut the bacon into 2mm thick.
Heat garlic and olive oil in a pot, and when it smells, add the onion 1 and bacon, and fry the onion over low heat. Once it's soft, add the zucchini from 1 and fry it further.
Once the zucchini has started to soften, add the orange juice, remove it, sprinkle it, and simmer it. After 15 minutes, add A, turn off the heat and cool it down.
Shredded orange peel, simmer in boiling water for 2 minutes, place in 3, and leave for a day.
Place 4 on a plate and place the sliced orange and parsley in half.
