Genoa-style pizza made with mochi
If you're tired of eating rice cakes, try it. Some mochi are prone to burning, so be careful when grilling.
How to make it
1
Bake the rice cakes in a toaster oven (500W) for 3 minutes.
2
Pour in tomato sauce and cut the prosciutto and mozzarella as appropriate.
3
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, top with Genovese sauce and bake in the toaster oven for 2 minutes and it's finished.
