Amatriciana
Slice the onions into thin slices and cut the bacon into 1cm x 2.5cm pieces.
Put A in a frying pan and heat over high heat, then add the bacon and fry slowly over low heat.
Add the onions and stir-fry slowly over low heat for another 20 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)
To 3, add white wine and tomato sauce and stir-fry.
Add the boiled spaghetti to a frying pan and stir-fry, remove from the heat, add Parmesan cheese, olive oil (1 tablespoon), salt and coarsely smelt black pepper and mix.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with parsley and you're done.
