Amatriciana
Slice the onion thinly and cut the bacon into 1cm x 2.5cm pieces
Put A into a frying pan and heat over high heat. When the garlic starts to boil, add the bacon and fry slowly over low heat
Add the onion and sauté slowly over low heat for another 20 minutes
Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)
Add white wine and tomato sauce to 3 and stir-fry
Add the boiled spaghetti to the frying pan and stir-fry, then remove from the heat and add the Parmesan cheese, olive oil (1 tablespoon), salt and coarsely ground black pepper and mix
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley to finish
