Cut the tomatoes and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. If you're using cherry tomatoes, you can leave them as they are
Boil the spaghetti al dente
While boiling the spaghetti, put A in a frying pan and heat over high heat, then turn low heat until the garlic is boiling and fry until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes, salt, coarsely ground black pepper and spaghetti cooking water (about 50ml) and stir-fry, then add the tomato sauce and simmer
Add the boiled spaghetti and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix well, and season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper
Serve on a plate, top with basil and you're done
