Knead the ground pork with 2g of salt and black pepper in a strong sprinkle and leave for 10 minutes until the salt blends in.

Fry the olive oil, garlic, and hawk claws in a frying pan, and when the garlic is cooked, add the cabbage and add a pinch of salt.

Put salad oil in another frying pan, cut the minced meat into about 5g each, heat it, and add the sake.

Add the green onions to [4], fry a little and turn off the heat.
