Stir-fried cabbage

Sprinkle 2g of salt and black pepper generously over the ground pork, knead, and leave for 10 minutes until the salt is absorbed

Add salad oil to another frying pan, add the minced meat, cut into pieces about 5g each, heat, and add the sake
Mix A in a bowl and add to [3], then add the cabbage from [2]
Add the green onions to [4] and stir fry for a bit, then turn off the heat
