How to make it

Don't cut the tomatoes, but hollow out only the stems with a knife. Make a cross cut at the tip. Prepare ice water in a bowl.

In a pot large enough to hold whole tomatoes, boil water and add salt.

Put the tomatoes in boiling water and after 20-30 seconds, remove them in ice water. Peel the skin from the cut section.
