How to make it

Lightly boil the raw milt to salt and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sweet A on the salad.

I deliberately place the milt and white dressing on top of the salad.

Decorate with sashimi cut into 5cm lengths, red cabbage sprouts, shiso flowers, and more.
