Peach soup

Peaches tend to change color, so make them just before you eat them. Canned peaches will not discolor.
How to make it

Cut the peaches into 2 equal parts and peel off the seeds, place them in a blender with the seasonings from A and stir.

Place [1] in a bowl and garnish with marinated peaches, vanilla ice cream molded into a quenelle mold, spumante granita, and mint.
