It does not use oil so you can make it healthy. The key is to add the eggs and stir them all at once to make them half-boiled.

How to make it
1

There are three ingredients to use. Cut the chives into 3cm wide and the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

2

Split four eggs in a bowl, add seasonings, and melt well.

3

Heat the frying pan, add the pork belly without oiling, add a pinch of salt and stir-fry. Once the pork is cooked, add the chives and lightly fry.

4

Once the oil has flowed over the leeks, pour the beaten eggs all over and mix them in a stirring manner.

5

Once the eggs are half-boiled, transfer them to a plate and pour in chili oil to complete the process.
