Half-boiled egg

The best way to enjoy this dish is with just one drop of soy sauce. Just one drop brings out the sweetness and richness of the egg. Cutting the egg upright prevents the runny yolk from spilling out and makes it look more appealing.
Stirring the egg with chopsticks for about a minute while it's boiling will help the yolk settle in the center.

How to make it
1

Bring the eggs to room temperature. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Gently place the eggs into the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.

2

After 5 minutes, drain in a colander, drop into ice water and peel

3

After peeling the shell, cut down the bottom and tip a little. (This will help the egg stand up and prevent the yolk from leaking out. The yolk is closest to the bottom. Make sure you only cut a little.)

4

Place the egg on a stand and cut it horizontally from the center with a knife, then quickly stand it up before the yolk leaks out. Place it on a plate and it's done
