Genovese toast
Remove the bread from the ears, cut in half and lightly bake in a toaster oven (500W) for about 3 minutes, then rub the garlic and add salt and coarsely smeared black pepper.
Pour in tomato sauce, toss sliced cheese, then pour in Genovese sauce, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
Bake in the toaster oven for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts and it's finished.
