Genovese toast
Remove the crusts from the bread, cut it in half and lightly toast it in a toaster oven (500W) for about 3 minutes, then rub the bread with garlic and season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper
Spread the tomato sauce on top, top with shredded sliced cheese, and drizzle with pesto sauce, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil
Bake in the toaster oven for about 3 minutes until the cheese is melted
