Cod butter
If you want a more authentic taste, you can use melted butter.
Sprinkle sugar on the cod fillets and leave for about 30 minutes to remove excess moisture. Boil the spinach and cut it into pieces about 3 cm wide
Wipe off the moisture from the cod and sprinkle a moderate amount of flour on both sides
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the skin side down over medium heat
Once the skin is nicely browned, flip it over
After cooking the other side for about 1 minute, remove from heat and let the fish cook for a few minutes in the residual heat
Return the frying pan to the heat, add the butter and spinach, and pour the melted butter over the cod, letting it melt.Add soy sauce for flavor and serve on a plate
