Young shoots with sesame seeds
This is an easy-to-make side dish with a strong sesame flavor.
How to make it

Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

Chop the white sesame seeds finely with a knife. (If there is a pot, you can also use it as sesame seeds.)

Add white sesame, mirin, dark soy sauce, and sugar to the bowl in [1] and mix well to finish.
