Young shoots dressed with sesame
This is an easy-to-make side dish with a strong sesame flavor
How to make it

Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl

Finely chop the white sesame seeds with a knife. (If you have a grinding bowl, you can use that to grind the sesame seeds.)

Add white sesame seeds, mirin, dark soy sauce, and sugar to the bowl in [1] and mix well
