Sweet stew bowl
Cut all the bamboo shoots, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and udon into finely shredded pieces. Breasts are chopped and soaked in water, and shredded the udon and soaked in vinegared water (not included in the amount).
Put sesame oil in a frying pan and heat it, then add carrots, shiitake mushrooms, burdock and pork belly and fry.
Once the aroma begins to stand, add all the ingredients for the dashi stock, boil and scoop out the simmering.
To finish off, add the mitsuke and udon and mix gently, then add the ingredients and grilled rice cakes to a bowl, pour the soup and topped with black pepper to finish.
