Octopus and rape flowers yolk vinegar
[Making egg yolk vinegar] Combine the ingredients for egg yolk vinegar in a bowl and place over a hot water bath. Gently place the egg yolk under the water to prevent it from solidifying, and stir with chopsticks

[Make the base of the rape blossom broth] Quickly boil the rape blossoms in salted water, drain in a colander, and place in the prepared base of the broth and let it soak for a few minutes
Place the rape blossoms and octopus cut into bite-sized pieces in a bowl, then top with the egg yolk vinegar you made and it's done
