[Make yolk vinegar] Place the ingredients in the yolk vinegar together with the bowl and pour it over a hot water bath. Gently pour in hot water to prevent the yolk from hardening and stir with chopsticks.

[Make the base rape flower sardine] Quickly boil the rape flower in salt, then put it in the base sardine that you have prepared and soak for a few minutes.

Put the rape flowers and octopus cut into the dish, then add the yolk vinegar you've made and it's finished.
