Spicy stir-fried pork belly and rape flowers
When you fry pork belly, do you have trouble with the pork sticking together and loosening it with chopsticks? Simply soak it in water and it will dissolve in a sliver.
Cut the rape flowers and pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Before frying, place the cut pork belly in a bowl filled with water and loosen it with your hands. (This way, the pork will not stick together when frying.)
Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat it, lightly stir-fry the rapeseed flowers, then add drained pork belly, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, and stir-fry the whole thing.
To finish off, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and eat chili oil, mix quickly and add a flavour to finish.
