Spicy stir-fried pork belly and rape flowers
When you stir-fry pork belly, have you ever found that the pieces stick together and are difficult to separate with chopsticks? Simply soak them in water and they will separate easily.
Cut the rape blossoms and pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Before frying, place the cut pork belly in a bowl of water and loosen it with your hands. (This will prevent the pork from sticking together when frying.)
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the rape blossoms, then add the drained pork belly, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and stir fry everything together
To finish, add a moderate amount of sesame oil and chili oil, mix quickly, and it's done
